Sealed coils enhance the thermo-cooling capacity of the print head.
In comparison to the conventional tungsten pins, the HSS (High Speed Steel) pins used in ‘Turbodot’ print head ensure precise dot placement.
The exterior of the print head is designed with increased number of Heat Sink Fins for better heat dissipation.
A special exterior coating of Heat Sink enhances heat dissipation. The specially designed Plastic Front Profile guarantees smooth ribbon movement, thus slowing the wear and tear of the ribbon fabric and improving ribbon life.
