We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. As a
Sales & Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services,
generating leads, and driving sales growth. This position requires a strong passion for sales, excellent
communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.We also provide
comprehensive training on sales and marketing, ensuring that you receive the necessary skills and
knowledge to excel in the market with confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective customers
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a unified approach in achieving sales objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field ( Master's is a plus point)
- Vehicle is Mandatory as this is an on-field job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic Proficiency in MS Office& MS Excel
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
