We are seeking a skilled and dedicated On-Field Service Provider to join our team. The primary
responsibility of this role is to provide on-site support and maintenance for multifunctional photocopier
machinery and other electronic office devices. The ideal candidate should have strong technical
knowledge and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and
ensure smooth operations of office equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site installation, repair, and maintenance services for multifunctional photocopier
machinery and other electronic office devices, including printers, scanners, fax machines, etc. - Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, identifying the root cause of problems and
implementing effective solutions promptly. - Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, calibration, and firmware updates, to
ensure optimal performance and longevity of the devices. - Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex technical issues and provide
timely feedback on recurring problems. - Train end-users on the proper operation and maintenance of office equipment to enhance
productivity and minimize downtime. - Maintain accurate service records, including service reports, equipment inventory, and
customer communication, utilizing appropriate software tools.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to office equipment, including the ability to read schematics and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software applications to identify and resolve technical problems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers of diverse backgrounds.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple service requests and meet deadlines.
